Researches, coordinates, edits, and integrates the work of writers and designers to produce layouts that meet established branding and style guidelines. Being a Content Specialist, Sr. organizes content in a way that makes sense/is most useful for target customers. Stays up-to-date on best practices and make recommendations for content strategy. Additionally, Content Specialist, Sr. analyzes content needs and studies content consumption data to optimize content. The Digital Content Specialist concentrates on creating and managing digital content across various online platforms and channels. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing content strategies to engage target audiences and drive traffic. Creating written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness. Skills required: Strong writing and editing skills. Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems. Proficient in overseeing business social media accounts and leveraging digital analytics tools. Overseeing social media accounts for GCRTA’s brand, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the audience. Incorporating search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve content visibility and reach. Collaborating with teams to develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences and support the Authority’s initiatives and objectives. Provides excellent customer service/relations to elevate GCRTA’s customer experience.
