As a Content Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Group, you will regularly work from PNC's Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Houston or South Carolina offices.

    In this role, you will collaborate with product group managers, product managers and product owners to ensure cohesive and consistent content for consumption for internal and external use. You will serve as an internal consultant to the product management team to create content that for use during the sales process to ensure an engaging sales experience. You will support product in ensuring that internal service partners have consistent content to best service our clients. You will work directly with legal, compliance and marketing to ensure that both internal and external content is consistent with PNC Brand, represents PNC Treasury Management appropriately and complies with legal and regulatory guidance. This position will give you an opportunity to consult and work on the forefront of new Treasury Management product launches from a content perspective as well as help manage and maintain relevant content for existing products.

    Qualifications:
    -BA/BS in related degree. Business, Marketing, Communications, English, etc.
    -3 years’ experience in content, marketing or product management.
    -Prior experience working in the banking industry is a plus.
    -Prior experience working within the digital product space is a plus.
    -Strong attention to detail with follow up skills.
    -Project management skills.
    -Copy write and editing skills.
    -Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe.
    -Experience with InDesign is a plus.

    Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3 years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
