    Assist with operations in the Division of Continuing Education, which provides non-credit courses in professional development and personal enrichment.

    Support instructional activities, including selecting and distributing learning materials and assisting instructors with face-to-face and virtual learning.

    Light data entry, receptionist, and office responsibilities including printing student rosters, photo copying, answering the phones, and assisting visitors. In addition, will be trained to complete course registrations for customers to include processing credit card payments.

    Ideal candidates will have a desire to gain skills in education, office management, customer service, technology support, and/or data software.

    Continuing Education is located on the second floor of the University Center, Building 43.

    Required Qualifications
    Applicants for this position must be current UNF students who are eligible for and accept Federal Work Study funding; must be enrolled in at least six semester hours; and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid.

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Strong communication and written skills
    • Highly organized, ability to multi-task
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Prefer candidates with customer service and technology experience/skills.
