The House Supervisor functions under the supervision of the Department Director, supports clinical activities and special projects of the department; and in collaboration with the Charge Nurse coordinates the throughput of inpatient units and coordinates the off-hour operations of nursing. Requirements:

• Current license or permit to practice nursing in the State of Texas
• BSN required, Acute position only – not required for House Supervisor for Behavioral Health
• 3 years of hospital RN experience required
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience
• Must have current BLS certification upon hire and maintain certification throughout employment
• Verbal de-escalation completion within 30 days of hire and maintain throughout employment
