Contracts Administration Supervisor supervises and participates in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and administration of commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Contracts Administration Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Contracts Administration Supervisor may directly handle high profile Corporate National Accounts and other key customer contracts. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    LITTER REMOVAL

    • Pick up litter along designated roadways.
    • Bag all picked up litter.
    • Load and unload trash bags into truck or trailer.
    • Load, unload, set up, and move highway awareness signs

    LANDSCAPING DUTIES

    • Mow around trees, shrubs, and picnic pads
    • Rake and bag grass clippings
    • Trim curbs and areas around trees with gas-powered trimmer
    • Prune shrubs and trees
    • Report and make necessary repairs
    • Inspect vehicles, trailers, and mowing equipment for safe operation
    • Perform before, during, and after operation maintenance

    GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES
