    Responsibilities Include:

    • Support multiple programs and perform duties in a variety of areas to include the entire life cycle of contract and subcontract administration.
    • Oversee contract performance by monitoring subcontractors, submittal of contract deliverables, process contract changes, support customer data calls.
    • Work closely with Program Control representatives regarding financials.
    • Maintain electronic contract and subcontract files.
    • Initiate and finalize closeout efforts.
    • Ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

    • Must be a US Citizen
    • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance
    • Be able to pass a government background security investigation.
    • 1 years of experience in Government contracting or related positions in the DoD Industry is preferred.
    • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, with both internal and external customers.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products required, specifically Word and Excel.
    • Must be motivated, quick learner, attention to detail, work independently, and ability to multitask.
    • Must be able to prioritize day to day tasks, contractual and program needs as well as other responsibilities.
    • Working knowledge of the FAR and the DFARS.
    • Basic understanding of contracts, purchasing and audit compliance.
