Your Role:

As our Business Development Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Moscarino Landscape Design. Your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the Operations team on estimating and quoting jobs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in our proposals.

Working strategically with our Business Development team to help them identify and secure new client opportunities through research and networking.

Skillfully negotiating and closing deals to drive sustained revenue.

Spearheading initiatives for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.

Monitoring pricing and seeking opportunities to increase revenue.

Creating, evaluating, and refining sales, marketing, and branding strategies.

Exhibiting refined communication skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions, whether with clients, partners, or team members.

Acting as a fill-in Office Manager when needed, showcasing versatility and adaptability in managing administrative tasks and office operations.

Working closely with the General Manager, contributing to strategic decisions and the overall growth and direction of the company.
