Technical Maintenance Coordinator

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Technical Maintenance Coordinator.

    As a Technical Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance upgrades for electric facilities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

    An associate degree in engineering or other applicable discipline, or other schooling, training and/or experience deemed acceptable by the Cooperative.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in electric utility supervision, project management and/or maintenance planning.
    Must have the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating and meeting deadlines.
    • Must have the ability to understand complex oral and written instructions including engineering plans, work procedures, safety and reliability requirements and to be able to interpret and act effectively upon data presented or assembled.
    • Must have the ability to prepare, understand and analyze budgets and supporting financial documents.
    • Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local laws, regulations, and policies associated with environmental, safety and transportation requirements.
    • Knowledge of modern principles, methods and techniques of administration and project management.
