Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator jobs in Dover, NH

Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Corporate Cleaner

  • Working under direct supervision of the Supervisor Corporate Cleaning, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Corporate Cleaner performs routine manual labor associated with daily cleaning and/or custodial tasks. The Corporate Cleaner keeps assigned area(s) clean and up to the written set standards. The Cleaner is relied upon to perform the basic duties according to the prescribed schedule for their area within the specified period of time. The Cleaner performs special project work for the Facilities department as requested.

    Technology:
    • Basic computer knowledge with ability to send and receive emails and to utilize time management system.
    Business Knowledge:
    • Some working knowledge of either commercial or residential cleaning.
    • Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials & equipment.
    • Keen eye for detail with ability to clean thoroughly.

    • Dependable with ability to maintain consistent working schedule.
    • Discreet with ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

    Additional preferred competencies or preferred qualifications, if any:
    • Previous commercial cleaning experience in an office environment preferred.
