Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. EoF is home to our Blue Sky Gallery exhibit and interactive aviation center featuring an airworthy fleet of civilian and military aircraft.
Summary
The Corporate Giving & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for securing corporate sponsorships and supporting the Director of Development with planning, implementation, execution, tracking, and reporting. This position focuses on strategic sponsorship initiatives aimed to raise brand awareness, support our non-profit mission, strengthen the organization’s market position, and secure vital resources that fund our program activities. The Corporate Giving & Sponsorship Manager identifies potential sponsors, creates corporate sponsorship proposals, sells sponsorship opportunities to industry businesses, and executes sponsorship activation components. They help cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with local business leaders, community partners, and corporate philanthropists. The Corporate Giving & Sponsorship Manager is a member of the Development department reporting to the Director of Development. They work closely with the Volunteers & Program Officer, Annual Fund & Membership Manager, Major Gifts Officer, and inter-departmentally with Curatorial, Marketing, Corporate Events, and Education.
