The Opportunity

Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Sr. Investor Relations and Corporate Development Analyst. In this role, you will support the investor relations and corporate development teams, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to communicate with investors, prospective M&A owners, and analysts.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Prepare research, analytics, modeling, and presentations for quick lube acquisitions.
• Work directly with quick lube owners to analyze the opportunity, build support, and then work internally for deal approval.
• Manage project timelines from inception to closing.
• Provide support during the quarterly earnings process, including collecting and analyzing key actuals and forecast data and contributing to earnings releases and presentations.
• Complete consolidation and analysis of sell-side research publications and models covering Valvoline.
• Support IR team in preparing senior management for investor-related questions.
• Other items as assigned.
  

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or MS preferred)
• Minimum of five years applicable experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
