Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Creative Director - Web typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging web assets using JavaScript, and Responsive HTML/CSS

Collaboratively manage and contribute to multiple codebases
Embrace a variety of projects, working across diverse teams
Essential Skills:
At least 2 years of front-end development experience, with some back-end know-how as a bonus
Strong understanding of JavaScript, including its nuances and workarounds
Ability to learn and implement new frameworks, we operate on a best tool for the job policy
Proficient in HTML/CSS, with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and libraries like React (preferred)
Experience with Redux or similar state management tools
Understanding of high-level web performance concepts
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently
Strong communication skills, open to learning and constructive feedback
Experience with Git and other version control systems
Desirable Skills:
An eye for design and the ability to translate concepts into pixel-perfect web applications/pages
Experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, Docker, MySQL, and MongoDB
Proficiency in analytics and testing
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects
Strong interest in data analysis for informed decision-making.
