What’s the position?
Director of Payments & Fraud will report to the VP - Risk and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of payment processing and fraud prevention within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient payment operations while safeguarding the company against fraudulent activities.
This will include setting and delivering industry leading KPI’s, creating and maintaining a fraud policy, managing the risk tolerance while balancing P&L impact. Creating dashboards and analytics used to drive decision making, building and continuously refining fraud rules. Partner with stakeholders to create frictionless customer payment journeys to maximize payment acceptance, develop efficient and scalable tools. There will be extensive collaboration with payment service providers / card brands, and you will frequently be the lead point of contact, working with internal product teams and key stakeholders to set our payments and fraud strategy.
