The Nurse Director of Critical Care Services will manage a dedicated ICU team consisting of Registered Nurses, CCRNs, techs, and other healthcare professionals. The ICU Nurse Director will have oversight of 20 FTEs and will be responsible for overseeing a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This leadership position reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, requiring a collaborative approach to foster excellence in nursing practice.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a valid and unrestricted Registered Nursing License, and a robust background in critical care leadership.
