Curriculum Manager manages the design and development of training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Oversees skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Manager consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Manager provides outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Participates in the selection of software or collaboration tools used for training. Establishes metrics used to evaluate training effectiveness and analyzes outcomes to determine ROI and recommend changes to programs. May select and manage vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Curriculum Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Curriculum Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Above all, we are looking for the right person! The Impact You'll Have: Follow commands of RF Scan Gun supported by the Warehouse Management System (Softeon). Fill customer orders by picking and packing product from loose pick or full case modules. Responsible for processing “Rush, Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day UPS orders. Replenish inventory by cutting open cases with box cutter. Lift and load cartons into pick modules. Place or push cartons onto conveyor system. Remove empty pallets from full case pick locations and stack in designated areas. Discard any trash onto overhead trash conveyor or trash receptacle as needed. Construct/set-up boxes used to pack product as needed. Counting and assembling books and sets as needed for build-ups. Palletize Customer orders in shipping area and sort by order number. Scan cartons to a pallet tag ensuring every carton gets scanned. Close out orders when complete and prepare pallet for outbound shipping. Use manual pallet jack as needed when manual pallet movement is needed. Assist in other areas as needed. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Who We're Looking For: Must have the ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day. There is some awkward bending, stretching, reaching and repetitive lifting of heavy cartons (up to 50 lbs.). Working with pallets weighing up to 2k lbs. Inks, glues, tape and paper dust. Must have good eyesight, manual dexterity, can read and understand the English language. Basic logic, math and comprehension skills are important. Possess good interpersonal, planning, analytical and training skills. You should be a good communicator and listener. Must be a fast learner and have a good memory. Education, experience and general qualifications: GED or high school diploma. Valid license required. Picking or packing experience helpful. Previous pallet jack and shipping experience a plus. Benefits and Pay Range: Pay – This role’s base pay is $19/hr. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws. Benefits - Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
