Curriculum Training and Support Specialist - Georgia

Gallopade International is seeking a

Curriculum Training and Support Specialist

for the Georgia Market. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality training workshops, presentations, and support to new and returning customers in the K-8 education market.

This individual will become a Gallopade Curriculum specialist and provide post-sales onboarding, training, and support for both print and digital curriculum solutions.

The territory for this position is for the State of Georgia, and requires travel as needed for in-person training meetings while serving Georgia customers.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience using Gallopade Curriculum. This position reports to the Training and Support Manager.

Primary Contributions

Conduct in-person and Zoom training sessions for new and returning customers and assist in the on-boarding process.

Provide ongoing curriculum content and platform support for Georgia teachers and administrators via email, phone, and online chat.

Identify customer-specific training needs for ongoing customers to enhance user experience and increase overall usage of curriculum solutions.

Modify and / or develop (with assistance from Marketing and Product Development teams) PowerPoint presentations and other documents used in training sessions.

Work with others on the Customer Support team to identify at-risk accounts that have not optimized digital usage potential.

Coordinate with Marketing and other Training and Support Specialists to create quarterly e-newsletter content to engage customers on key topics such as product features, usage tips, and getting the most out of their purchase.

Travel as needed (including overnight stays) to perform on-site presentations and support when needed.

Proficiently use and adapt to multiple software applications, platforms and devices and willingness and ability to improve knowledge of digital curriculum programs through self-exploration.

Assist in providing training and product expertise to sales reps and marketing team members.

Identify and communicate customer needs and concerns to technology and curriculum teams for consideration / resolution.

Skills & Competencies

Classroom teaching experience and / or previous educational training experience with Gallopade Curriculum materials and programs is preferred

Tech savvy

PowerPoint experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present training to large groups of teachers and administrators.

Must have an acceptable driving record - Requires travel, with overnight stays.

Detailed and organized individual, capable of planning and tracking training schedules, dealing with multiple customer interactions, and continuing to learn new skills and increase in proficiency in Gallopade Curriculum solutions.

Customer support and troubleshooting experience.

Residence in Georgia

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

5 years' experience in teaching or educational training preferred.
