Customer Information Center Supervisor jobs in Florida

Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Currently hiring for 5 Customer/Voter Services Assistants in a full-time, seasonal capacity to work from June 3rd, 2024 through November 27th, of 2024.

    This team gives many citizens their first impression of the office—by providing outstanding customer service in person, via email, and on the phone. Attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry are essential in assuring the voting public can easily and confidently cast their vote during elections. There is also some opportunities to collaborate with other project teams in the office relating to the Leon County Canvassing Board and local candidate qualifying tracking.

    Duties include:

    · Process voter registration updates

    · Answer and transfer phone calls using a multi-line phone system

    · Assist voters in person in the reception area

    · Use computers to access voter registration and election records

    · Scan and file documents

    · Quality assurance checking of processed items for accuracy

    · Maintain document archives

    Successful candidates will be:

    · Detail-oriented and highly focused on completing work accurately

    Office hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Work weeks average 40 hours with some short periods of overtime (rotated among staff members) to meet occasionally unpredictable workloads. Overtime is always required during early voting periods and on election day. Professionalism in appearance and conduct is of utmost importance.

    These customer service and data processing rock stars make sure individual voters have what they need to be ready to vote when it’s time to cast their ballot. A great team for anyone who is passionate about accessible elections, loves working with people, has a meticulous eye for detail, and is intrigued by the laws and procedures for the voter registration process.
