Customer Information Center Supervisor jobs in Texas

Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     What you'll do in your role:

    • Build proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
    • Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
    • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions that keep our customers, including anything from unique accessories to up and coming products and services.
    • Guide customers through their purchasing experience through thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
    • Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
    • Educate how our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in our customer’s neighborhood, providing them with a lightning fast network!
    • Illustrate why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
    • Showcase how wireless is done, down to device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
    • Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
    • Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
    • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.
    • Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
