The Client Retention Manager will be assigned a lucrative book of business of current and past clients. The candidate will drive revenue via upsells from existing clients and bring back former clients. Heavy phone time with the heavy commission.

The base plus commission, the right candidate will make north of $150k, and a rainmaker can achieve $225k.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze client data and provide insights to improve client retention
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns to retain clients
- Manage backend team
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value to clients
- Monitor client feedback and escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
- Prepare reports on client retention and growth metrics for management
- Keep Clients Updated Via E-Mail & Phone Calls
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in client retention or account management
- Experience managing a team is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cold calling experience is required; We're looking for a go-getter.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Outgoing and high-energy personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to present multiple product lines
- Pro-active and good listener
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Experience in digital advertising is required
