Job Summary:
We are seeking a charasmatic, dedicated and team-oriented Customer Service Trainer to join us at the Indiana Dinosaur Museum (IDM). As a Trainer, you will be responsible for training new staff and volunteers to provide exceptional service and support to our guests. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and guests
- Follow the IDM protocol and policies to ensure training and all customer interaction is positive
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
- Assist in training new staff and volunteers as needed

This is a position that will require dedication and diligence to be ready for our grand opening. Initially the position will be a key part in assisting with readying IDM and assignments may not alway be related to your overall position. A positive attitude is essential to our culture of family and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult staff and customers with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team environment
