Responsibilities:
-> Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
-> Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
-> Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals.
-> Process outgoing mail and packages, including preparing and affixing postage and scheduling pickups.
-> Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
-> Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing supplies to various departments.
-> Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
-> Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-> Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar position.
-> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
-> Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-> Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
-> Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
-> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
