### Duties:
- Maintain a clean and safe pool area by regularly monitoring and cleaning the pool deck, furniture, and restrooms
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Assist with pool equipment setup and maintenance
- Monitor pool gate and sign in guests
- Coordinate and oversee poolside events and activities
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
### Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool service, lifeguarding, food service, theater, or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests of all ages
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and conflict management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and stand for extended periods of time
- CPR and First Aid certification is desirable but not required
