Data Control Supervisor jobs in Ohio
Data Control Supervisor supervises the daily activities of data control clerks. Responsible for directing and allocating work to personnel, as well as monitoring and evaluating their work. Being a Data Control Supervisor requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Data Control Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Data Control Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Opportunity
- Provide technical and sales assistance to Service Technicians
- Provide hands on guidance to Service Technicians with accounts issues
- Responsible for field training and evaluation of each team member, which entails a regular schedule of riding with each Service Technician to evaluate their performance.
- Assist in improving services by training and retraining Service Technicians in the proper and effective use of materials and equipment

Requirements:
- A Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 3 years' Pest Control experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have a current Applicator/Pest License Certificate
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience an asset
