JOB SUMMARY:

The Bill/Data Entry Clerk inputs shipping data into our company computer system.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter all freight bills accurately that appear in queue.

• Follow all Freight Bill Entry guidelines.

• Collateral duties of customer service and rating.

• Other duties assigned as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Must possess strong typing skills and ten-key skills -- minimum of 35 wpm is required.

• Previous data entry experience is a plus.

• Must possess interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

• Ability to complete all tasks timely.

• General computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Organized and good follow-through.

• Attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic.

• Excellent attendance.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Prior office experience preferred.

• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
