    Responsibilities:

    • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze automotive eCommerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights that inform data-driven decision-making.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to site traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
    • Client Communication:
    • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, site goals, and challenges.
    • Clearly articulate data-driven recommendations to clients, explaining the rationale behind proposed enhancements.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
    • Data Enhancement:
    • Implement data enhancement strategies to improve the overall performance and user experience of automotive eCommerce websites.
    • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
    • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to validate the effectiveness of data enhancements.
    • Technical Expertise:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in automotive eCommerce and data analytics.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on data integration, tagging, and tracking implementations.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data collection, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document data processes, procedures, and best practices for internal and client use.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with clients to establish reporting frameworks that measure the impact of data enhancements on business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in automotive eCommerce, data analysis, and digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Google Analytics.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
