Reviews changes to information systems to ensure compliance with security standards. Additionally, Data Security Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. DESCRIPTIVE SUMMARY
The Operations Analyst I position supports the investigation, understanding, and addressing of data quality issues that arise during the receipt, validation, and processing of healthcare data submissions. The position is responsible for performing standard data quality assurance activities, identifying and analyzing submission problems, reporting on submission statuses, and testing system enhancements. This position serves as a resource to Onpoint’s client account managers and interacts directly with data submitters’ technical staff to support their data transmission to Onpoint.
