Data Security Director oversees operations of a team responsible for protecting data from unauthorized users. Develops policies and procedures for identifying, reporting, and resolving security violations. Being a Data Security Director may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. The Data Security Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Data Security Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for the Emerald “Customer Experience” for one or more specific customer accounts. Responsibilities of the Director of Strategic Accounts:- Owns the creation of a growth strategy for their account(s) with an overall objective of 30% year-on-year improvement in
- Value Added Revenue allied to an improving Net Core Operating Income percentage (i.e. NCOI/Revenue expressed as a
- percentage figure).
- Owns the creation, review and approval of all contract/commercial documents and agreements governing business between EmeraldEMS and their customer(s).
- Owns the business development aspects of executing the account plan and advancing the relationship with the customer(s).
- Responsible for developing the funnel to target and executing the sales process and updating the sales funnel.
- Responsible for opportunity management which includes the development and execution of the ‘Opportunity Strategy” and the development and testing of the “Value Proposition”.

Qualifications of the Director of Strategic Accounts:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university.
- 10 years related experience in strategic customer management.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of production and inventory control, material and capacity requirements planning and master planning.
- Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
- 30% domestic travel required.
