Position Description
As an Enterprise Data Steward, you will be responsible for data integrity over various data domains covering specific data assets within those domains. You will ensure enterprise terms are documented and maintained in our enterprise metadata management tool. Collaborate between application owners, business leaders, Enterprise Data Governance, and Information Technology to develop data quality rules and remediate identified issues will result in this roles success. Overall, you will advocate for the data, the processes involved to enhance and deliver the data, and promote the value of the data.
Requirements
Education
BA/BS in business, technology, or related field prefered; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Experience
At least two years of Data Governance experience including the ability to read and develop SQL code. Proven skills in coordination of business requirements/logic and the approval of leaders cross functionally.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in the healthcare industry and experience with additional Data Management tools such as (Collibra, Infosphere, Alation, Timbr) are preferred.
