Data Warehouse Specialist jobs in Virginia
Data Warehouse Specialist performs technical administration duties for the development and maintenance of data warehouses. Provides technical support and coordination during warehouse design, testing and movement to production. Being a Data Warehouse Specialist acts as a liaison between engineers, data architects, programmers, and analysts. Implements and enforces standards and procedures to ensure data is managed consistently and properly integrated within the warehouse. Additionally, Data Warehouse Specialist manipulates and combines data from various sources to enlarge and enhance the data warehouse. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Warehouse Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Data Warehouse Specialist typically requires 4 -7 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Primary Job duties include:
o Collaborate with JIRA Epic Owners and Project Managers to log data impacts related to changes to assets and applications within the Risk & Finance Technology space, as well as validate that these impacts have been logged in appropriate systems of record
