Responsibilities:

Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of necessary office supplies.

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as appropriate.

Supervise and train administrative staff, monitoring their performance and providing guidance as needed.

Utilize intermediate Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.

Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and PowerPoint to support data management and presentation needs.

Ensure traceability and accountability in inventory management, implementing effective systems and processes.

Showcase strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Foster an approachable and friendly environment, serving as a point of contact for staff and visitors.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:

Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and perform data analysis.

Proficiency in SAP and PowerPoint, with the ability to generate reports and presentations.

2-3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including traceability and accountability.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.

Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.

A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11am to 8pm (40 hours per week)
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $20 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
