    Job Description: Title: Projet Manager Job Duties/Responsibilities: 10 years of experience in managing the projects in terms of scope, schedule and budget. Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Must have strong project management skills on budget management, forecasting, variance tracking. Manage the delivery of complex programs to meet the needs and the required time lines set for the defined programs. Communicate program review results to various stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage multi shore teams. Resource planning and allocation with minimum to no variance. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and performance. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as and when needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal direction. Effective negotiation skills. Proactive, resourceful, and work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to meet deadlines, conduct, and direct research into issues, and take the initiative in the development and completion of projects. Prior experience working with international clients and ensuring availability per different time zones. Domain Knowledge: Healthcare Industry/Healthcare Payer or Healthcare verticals experience preferred. Knowledge of Member Enrolment and Eligibility, Provider, Claims processing, etc Technical skills: Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Master's Degree, "a plus" Minimum of 5 years experience as project manager/Scrum Master or similar role At least 2 years of hands-on experience with MS Project Plan or equivalent At least 5 years' experience in requirements management Knowledge of Project Development Lifecycle, Software Development Integration and delivery practices using waterfall methodologies
