Dean of Continuing Education manages administrative functions of the college of continuing education. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Continuing Education leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Continuing Education requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Continuing Education manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Continuing Education typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. - Partner with the Massachusetts team to understand district and school math visions and goals for students.
- Deliver high quality, engaging, and effective professional learning to adult learners in a variety of contexts both in person and online.
- Leverage your understanding of each district and school and respond to their specific needs while preparing for and delivering professional learning.
- Work closely with the Massachusetts team to provide high-touch support to schools throughout the arc of the school year.

- Are you comfortable modeling strategies and classroom lessons using effective teaching practices?
- Can you facilitate engaging meetings with school and district leaders to review data and help them plan for success?
- Does your work reflect your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion?

- Experience delivering professional learning to educators - both in person and online.
- At least 5 years of experience teaching math in a K-12 setting.
- Bachelor Degree required
- Experience with ST Math a plus
- Willing to travel throughout Massachusetts
- Even better if you are bilingual in Spanish!
