The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fast-growing estate planning law firm in Acton, MA, focused on the unique estate planning needs of both young families and empty nesters.

As the Law Firm Administrator, you will report to and work closely with the Firm's Owner. You will manage the operations and business functions of the firm, working closely with the Managing Attorney and fractional CFO. This opportunity has broad discretion and authority to manage processes throughout the firm.

• Work closely with the Owner to create the Business Plan, Budget, and Strategic Calendar.
• Lead, supervise, and manage all non-attorney employees.
• Create personnel and HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and state and federal rules and regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard all employees.
• Drive the creation, review, and implementation training and testing, and improvement of the firms key systems.
• Monitor financial statements and key financial reports, prepare budgets and advise Owner regarding problems and proposed solutions.
• Supervise and oversee Office Managers work as the liaison between the firm and landlord
• Oversee the Firms' emergency preparedness and disaster recovery protocols.
