Job Summary:
Incumbent manages the organization's cost accounting and service line financial decision support services. Individual leads team that ensures accuracy of data and financial reports while continuously improving granularity and sophistication of costing data. Individual interfaces with other finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency of data and information. Individual promotes the usage of costing data and service line financials in decision making. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates family centered care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
