Decision Support Manager jobs in Nebraska

The Pathfinder Manager will train, empower and develop family support workers to promote positive parenting practices and family goals.

An effective manager will:

• Meet weekly deadlines for payroll and reporting.
• Meet monthly deadlines for submitting documentation and performance measures.
• Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders in accepting and assigning referrals, according to staff strengths and family needs.
• Ensure family support workers are engaged with the family and follow Pathfinder policies and procedures.
• Oversee the fidelity to Pathfinder Support Services Delivery Model, by delivering quality job performance evaluations and feedback.
• Oversee the operations of the office.
• Provide ongoing staff training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
