Decision Support Project Specialist jobs in Idaho

Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. To be a Decision Support Project Specialist typically requires 7+ years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

    About your Role:
    Our Certified Youth Peer Support Specialists deliver services to clients at home and in the community. This service supports adults who struggle with a severe and persistent mental illness, or emotional disturbance in order to promote hope, wellness, and recovery outcomes by sharing lived-experience and knowledge to help encourage recovery and resiliency. This position will start as Part-Time with the potential to move up to Full-Time (30 hours) as you build a caseload.

      • ** If you are not yet Peer Support certified:
        Please visit the department Idaho Department of Health and Welfare website (link provided below) and read about the requirements to become peer support certified. If you meet the requirements and are interested in becoming certified please submit a cover letter along with your resume letting us know you are interested in becoming certified. We can provide a screening questioner and may be able to offer assistance with training costs if you are hired with the understanding that you will become certified.     • High School Diploma or GED
    • Ability to pass enhanced background check
    • Valid driver’s licenses with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
    • Ability to work in a community-based setting
    • Experience utilizing electronic health records is a plus
