Development Associate - Museum coordinates fundraising, membership campaigns, annual fund, and sponsorship initiatives and events. Conducts grant research and writes proposals. Being a Development Associate - Museum administers correspondence with individual donors, maintains donor databases, and provides statistical reports on developmental activities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Development Associate - Museum typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Store Sales Associates provide the highest level of customer service to guests of The Museum of Flight. This position performs all activities associated with the Museum store floor operation which includes cashiering, stocking merchandise, and ensuring store cleanliness. As a front-line staff member, the Store Sales Associate welcomes guests to the Museum experience, assists customers with purchases, and provides the public with a positive impression. The Store Sales Associate works in the main store, as well as other exit stores, event stores, and pop-up stores on the Museum campus, as needed.

The Museum of Flight offers part-time employees benefits which include 2 weeks of accrued sick leave (80 hours) per year for first 4 years, 10 paid working holidays, 403(b) retirement plan and a 25% discount at the Museum Store.
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Typically, a Store Sales Associate will start at $20.00 per hour.
