Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to undertake a variety of marketing initiatives to help drive growth in our property management company. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our marketing strategies run smoothly and are successful in supporting our company. An excellent marketing coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You must be comfortable dealing with people and promoting our brand to prospective tenants. The goal is to ensure that are properties are being marketed as efficiently possible to add maximum value to our organization.

Responsibilities

· Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

· Collaborate with the rental department and create new ad listings, update property listings, social media posts, and work on website updates on a daily basis.

· Manage and update photography and videos of our property listings on a monthly basis

· Update company databases to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information for our properties.

· Oversee our online presence including advertising, promotions and reviews.

· Monitor the marketing platforms that we are using for advertising and make any necessary corrections or updates needed.

· Collaborate with management on growth strategies, improving brand quality and developing new marketing campaigns.

· Use data driven analytics to create new marketing plans.

· Plan events such as community events and help promote our commercial tenants in the community.

· Research our visibility online and create new marketing strategies to help drive growth.

· Reports directly to the Manager

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

· Ability to work independently and able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively among the different departments

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and Yardi accounting software

· Working knowledge of office equipment (scanner, fax machine, etc)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Reliable with patience and professionalism

· Able to use camera equipment and design software to upload new videos and pictures

· Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, via email and in person.

Pay and Benefits offered

· Salary range of $48,000 to $52,000 based on experience

· Paid time off and paid holidays

· Paid gas allowance on duty

· 6 percent attendance bonus of entire salary after one year of employment

· Health Insurance after 90 days

· Performance review after 90 days with possible bonus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
