Accounts Receivable Assistant

Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory is looking for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Assistant for our Billing Department. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and a team player. Must have good phone and email communication skills. The department needs someone who is dependable. Willingness to learn and help in all areas of clerical duties.

Willing to train. No experience necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Enter all data needed to submit insurance claims through billing software
• Make calls for missing or incomplete information on forms
• Assist customers with payments and questions
• Record keeping, filing and general office duties
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are addressed in a timely, consistent, and organized manner

Qualifications

• Must have proficient keyboard experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Must be a team player and able to work independently
• Maintain strict HIPPA requirements and patient confidentiality

Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.80 per hour
