Dixie Digital Imaging, Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Technician. The main function of this position is to visit and communicate with customers, helping with any issues they are having both network and hardware related and updating our records with any new information. The applicant must also be confident they can help the current staff with delivery and setup of new equipment.

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience

Technologically Savvy (For Troubleshooting Purposes)

Creative and Innovative

Intelligent

Neatly groomed

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Lift over 50 Lbs.

Capable of fixing hardware
