Job Summary and Qualifications

The Diagnostic Imaging Manager is responsible for operational functions within one or more imaging modalities. He/She will manage employees, participate in strategic planning, provide customer service and service recovery and undertakes any other assignments made by the Assistant Director and Vice President of Medical Imaging.

What you will do in this role:

• You will be responsible for managing operational functions within one or more imaging modalities.
• You will be responsible for managing employees, participate in strategic planning, provide customer service recovery and undertake any assignment made by Associate Director and Vice President of Medical Imaging.
• You will manage and supervise the operations in one or more departments on a daily basis.
• You will manage all human resource functions for the department.
• You will maintain a clear line of communication with the Radiologists, department employees, internal and external customers
• You will provide assistance to the Physicians, Assistant Director and Director.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiological technology or other discipline related to the modality.
• Current ARRT, ARDMS or NMTCB registration or certification that correlates to related field of experience.
• 2 years of post-graduate experience
• Supervisor Experience – preferred
• Associates Degree required
