Under the direction of the Corporate Director of Imaging Services and Ambulatory Care Services, the incumbent will coordinate marketing efforts for Ambulatory Services in order to maintain and expand the referral base and customer base. Serves as the liaison between the facility and referring sources, such as physicians' offices, organizations and managed care representatives for all scheduling, pre-authorization and communicating needs. Acts as the communication link to assist in resolution of issues and perceived problems that may affect referring Physicians and customers. Provides input to management and assists with the development of long and short-term marketing goals and objectives. Will be responsible for accurately reporting volume statistics and office visit information in regular weekly and monthly intervals. Acts as the department safety liaison to the PI and safety committees and helps with network initiatives pertaining to Ambulatory services.
