Diagnostic Imaging Manager jobs in Mobile, AL
Diagnostic Imaging Manager plans and implements the overall diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services for several departments which may include nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound. Ensures efficient and effective departmental operations. Being a Diagnostic Imaging Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additionally, Diagnostic Imaging Manager typically reports to a director. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Diagnostic Imaging Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Diagnostic Imaging RN - Mobile County
Immediate full-time opening for a Diagnostic Imaging RN in Mobile County's most progressive cardiology practice. Major holidays off and paid, no weekend or evening call, no 12 hour shifts! The Diagnostic Imaging RN will assist with CT/PET/NUC imaging by monitoring patient's EKG, signs and symptoms and inject IV drugs, as needed, during testing. Candidates will also be able to knowledgably inform patients about their procedure and results. Qualified candidates should possess 1 year of critical care and/or telemetry experience. Cardiology experience desired.
This position requires:
• BLS and ACLS certification.

• Ability to use critical thinking skills.
