Diagnostic Imaging Manager jobs in Racine, WI

Diagnostic Imaging Manager plans and implements the overall diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services for several departments which may include nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound. Ensures efficient and effective departmental operations. Being a Diagnostic Imaging Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additionally, Diagnostic Imaging Manager typically reports to a director. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Diagnostic Imaging Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Maintain and disinfects imaging equipment and work area
