Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of staff in a diagnostic imaging department such as nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography or ultrasound. Monitors the adherence to all diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services. Being a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree, certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Midwest Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. is looking to hire an Ultrasound Technician. The position is part time, but could work into full time.
Midwest Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. is a mobile ultrasound company. We go to Doctor's offices to perform ultrasounds and echocardiograms. We do not go to nursing homes or patient homes. The position is Monday - Friday only. No weekends or holidays. Pay is based on experience.
We offer cross training in other modalities. Company car and equipment provided.
