Digital Collection Librarian maintains a library's digital collection of books, serials, documents, audiovisuals, or other materials, and assists groups and individuals in locating, obtaining and using materials. Trains others in the creation or preservation of digital resources and the use of the library's digital system(s). Being a Digital Collection Librarian is responsible for the library's open source projects and procures licenses for digital content. Interacts with IT staff in selecting/developing, implementing and maintaining the library's technical infrastructure. Additionally, Digital Collection Librarian requires a master's degree in library science from an ALA-accredited school in a related field. Typically reports to a director. The Digital Collection Librarian manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Digital Collection Librarian typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities
The Collections Representative will be responsible for thorough and timely patient account follow up to ensure accurate accounts receivable reporting, and to ensure payments by primary and secondary payers and / or self-pay patients are accurate.
The Collections Representative will be responsible for daily generation of patient statements. The Collections Representative will be responsible for answering patient calls and correspondence while providing timely, accurate, professional responses and resolution.
The Collections Representative will function within the Center’s policies and procedures, support SCA Values, SCA Vision and SCA Mission.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
5) years experience with Medical collections preferred
