Position Purpose & Summary
The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Dining Room Manager, the Restaurants Manager, and the Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.

1. Minimum Knowledge & Skills: Requires knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation, safe handling, and service techniques. Requires computer proficiency and knowledge of excel. Required to be well organized with the ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations. Required to have excellent customer service and highly developed communication skills.
2. Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years restaurant experience. One (1) year supervisory experience.
3. License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Serve Safe, Food Handlers Certificate
