Direct Mail Specialist jobs in Massachusetts

We're looking for a Mail Specialist to join our mailroom team in Worcester!

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Location: Worcester, in office

Job Duties:

• High degree of attention to detail to manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Accurately review and consolidate documents received in the mail and scan documents to incorporate with electronic client records
• Identify, print and assemble different mailings for clients
• Ensure the mailings are assembled correctly, with proper documents, postage, address etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or some college preferred
• High degree of attention to detail
• Data entry & administrative experience
• Ability to perform repeated tasks
• Proficient with computers
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs
