Position is responsible for the overall operation and positioning of the spa.  Ability to create spa menu and services program and keeps up with latest spa trends. Oversees activities of associates delivering spa services including salon, skin care, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas.  Position focuses on ensuring guest and associate satisfaction and achieving the operating budget; and performing job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards.    Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.

This job requires an experienced Spa Director who has:

• strong financial knowledge and has an ability to generate ideas to increase Spa Revenue.
• a people person, that knows how to communicate with their team, generate team respect, and be a hands-on leader that is willing to jump out on the floors and assist the team.
• someone that excels in coaching and developing their team.
