Disability Services Manager oversees an organization's disability related programs. Ensures compliance with all government regulations, including ADA and FMLA, and ensures that program objectives are in line with the overall goals of the organization. Being a Disability Services Manager seeks to minimize financial costs by facilitating return to work for disabled employees. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Disability Services Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disability Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Education Manager
The Education Manager must be committed to improving teaching practices through collaboration with teachers, other managers and staff, community members, and students. Ideal manager candidate should be able to use new and existing resources to ensure Head Start student needs are met, and educational goals are achieved. As a general requirement, applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development (CD) or an equivalent (15 ECE or CD credits). Applicants near completion of bachelor’s degree may be considered if the bachelor’s degree can be completed within a reasonable period of time after hire.
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours week, 52 Weeks per year
